Shipping Policy

- In case of multiple products under a single order, we shall make every effort to dispatch every product under the same order at the same time, subject to the availability of the product.

- Orders will be processed only from Monday to Saturday. Any order placed on a Sunday, or on any National Holiday, the shipments will be processed with in 2 working days.

How can I cancel my order?

We have built a simple service for you to cancel your order. You can access the same on your order history page on the website - Orders Details .

- Cancellation of an order can be requested at any time before delivery of the order.

- For the orders where cancellation is applicable, a cancellation button will be displayed against the pertinent order. You can click on the cancel button to cancel the order

1. If the Order is in “Confirmed” status, refunds can be processed either to your original source of payment (which will take 5-7 days post initiation of refund).

2. For orders which have been shipped (identified by status 'Shipped'), on cancellation a communication will be sent to our logistics partner to return the order. Returns should typically be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation. Refunds will be processed only once the return of the order has been initiated. We will be unable to refund the order if the order gets delivered

3. Cancellation & Shipping charges will be levied on orders cancelled after shipped & upon delivery: Order value under 4999 - Rs.150, Order value between 5000 to 9999 - Rs.500, Order value Rs.10000 & above - Rs.750

How will I know about the status of cancellation/refund?

- You will receive a communication on whatsapp/SMS when cancellation is successful

- You will receive a communication on whatsapp/SMS when refund reference ID has been shared by our payment partner. Refunds should typically hit your original source of payment 5-7 days post that

Can I return my order?

- Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns

- But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request replacement has been raised within 7 days of delivery of order

1. Wrong products delivered

2. Missing products in the order

3. Damaged products delivered

4. Expired products delivered

Once a replacement request is processed, a new order ID will be generated which will be visible in the order history page
