By placing an order with MyRoyalent, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- - All orders are subject to availability. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options for a replacement or a refund.
- - Orders can only be cancelled before delivery. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- - Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the refund policy outlined above.
- - We do not accept returns except in cases of wrong, missing, damaged, or expired products. Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

- - Once a replacement request is processed, a new order ID will be generated and visible in your order history.
