Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Good Life Nutrition ("we", "us") collects when you use myroyalent.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what your rights are. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.
In short: we ask for your mobile number, name and address so that we can deliver your order. We don't sell your data. Payments are handled by PhonePe, so we never see your card or UPI details. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Mobile number: to sign you in with a one-time code, and to send order updates.
- Name and delivery address: to deliver your order. We save them to your account so that you don't have to type them again.
- Order details: what you bought, the amount, payment status and delivery status.
- Scratch codes you check, and the result of each check.
- Messages you send us by email or Instagram.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: your IP address, and your browser and device type, recorded when you sign in, request a code or check a scratch code. We use it to keep accounts secure and to stop abuse.
- Cookies: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in on this device for up to a year, and a random device identifier (we store only a scrambled form of it) that helps us limit code requests. Both are needed for the site to work.
- Browser storage: your unfinished order is saved in your own browser, so a reload loses nothing. It stays on your device.
- Analytics: see section 4.
We never ask for, receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password. The one-time codes we send are stored only in a scrambled form, and expire after a few minutes.
2. Why we use it
- To sign you in, take and deliver your orders, take payment, and handle cancellations, returns and refunds.
- To send you messages about your orders, such as confirmations and delivery updates. We don't send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
- To check that packs are genuine and to detect counterfeit products.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and fix problems.
- To understand how the site is used, so that we can improve it.
- To meet legal duties, such as tax and accounting records, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you enter it and place an order, and for the legitimate uses the law allows, such as fulfilling an order you have asked for and meeting legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do its job:
- PhonePe, our payment partner, which processes online payments.
- Courier and delivery partners, which receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
- SMS providers, which send one-time codes and order messages to your number.
- Hosting and email providers, which store the site's data and send our emails.
- Google and Microsoft, for analytics (see section 4).
- Government authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
4. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which products are viewed and bought, and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site, including heatmaps and recordings of how pages are scrolled and tapped. Both use cookies. Clarity is set up to hide what you type in forms, so your phone number, code and address are not recorded. Neither service receives your name, phone number or address from us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). If you block the sign-in cookie, you will need to sign in each time.
5. How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require us to keep them.
- Your account (name, number and address): until you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it to complete an open order or meet a legal duty.
- One-time codes, sign-in sessions and security logs: only as long as needed for security, then deleted.
6. How we protect it
The site uses HTTPS encryption. Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored only in scrambled form, access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and admin access is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct or complete it, or update it yourself at checkout;
- ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before, but we may not be able to take new orders without it);
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
- complain to us (below) and, if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, email desk@myroyalent.com from, or mentioning, the mobile number on your account. We may need to confirm it is you before acting.
8. Children
The site and our products are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
